Commercial Enablement,
CRM Adoption &
Business Change.

I connect business processes, technology and learning so people can work through change with clarity.

CAREER WORK / AVEVA

What changed.
What I owned and delivered.

Commercial workflows, release readiness and learning operations. Each case states my contribution and delivery scope.

01 / AVEVA

Campaign-to-Cash release enablement

R5B contributor → R5C delivery → leadership of my assigned R5D enablement scope.

The challenge

Successive releases changed user tasks. Learning and support needed to explain the changes and align with release readiness.

What I owned

Led enablement delivery within my assigned R5D scope. Coordinated process owners, SMEs and business and technology stakeholders around learning readiness, reviews, communications and launch support.

What I delivered

Release-aligned learning, workflow guidance, communications, job aids and post-release support.

Scope

Learning readiness and user support within the wider C2C transformation programme.

Explore a reconstructed teaching example

Reconstructed workflow

  1. UnderstandIdentify the changed tasks, audiences and decisions.
  2. PrepareTranslate approved workflows into role-based learning and communications.
  3. ReleaseCoordinate content readiness, review and user support with the release.
  4. ReinforceUse questions and feedback to clarify guidance after launch.

Training is complete, but users keep reverting to the old process. What should you investigate?

Separate knowledge gaps from process friction, access problems and unclear ownership. Observe the task, validate the issue with the process owner, update support where needed and agree a follow-up signal. Course completion alone does not establish adoption.

02 / AVEVA

Salesforce & MEDDPICC enablement

Connecting CRM tasks with commercial methodology and everyday judgment.

The challenge

Commercial users needed guidance that connected Salesforce workflows with the methodology behind them.

What I owned

Designed CRM workflow learning, full MEDDPICC courses and Salesforce scorecard content, with SME input and approved sources.

What I delivered

A seven-module Salesforce curriculum design, methodology learning, demonstrations, practice activities, job aids and reinforcement for commercial audiences.

Scope

Seven modules designed, covering orientation, accounts, contacts and opportunity workflows.

Explore a reconstructed teaching example

Reconstructed workflow

  1. CaptureRecord the source and check required information.
  2. QualifyValidate the need, relevant stakeholders and available evidence.
  3. ProgressExplain the lead-to-opportunity hand-off and the evidence behind stage decisions.
  4. MaintainKeep records useful for follow-up, pipeline and reporting.

A seller wants to progress a record because a contact attended a webinar. What would you verify first?

Attendance is a signal, not proof of a qualified opportunity. Check the approved qualification criteria, the buyer’s actual need, stakeholder context, record quality and the next agreed action. Follow the organisation’s stage and conversion rules.

03 / AVEVA · LDR/ISR & PARTNER LEARNING

Commercial onboarding & learning operations

Developed role-based onboarding resources, supported live delivery and managed assigned learning in Workday LMS.

Scope: Publishing, enrolment support, completion reporting, learner assistance and partner certificate administration.

Explore a reconstructed teaching example

Reconstructed workflow

  1. DesignConnect the audience’s work to learning and practice.
  2. DeployPublish and support assignments through the LMS.
  3. SupportResolve learner questions and coordinate reporting/certificates.
  4. ImproveReview completion, assessment and feedback to refine the experience.

Completion is high, but managers say new starters still struggle. Which evidence is missing?

Inspect task performance and applied judgment, not completion alone. Compare assessment or practice evidence with the real workflow, gather manager/learner feedback and locate the specific capability gap before adding more content.

FEATURED INDEPENDENT WORK

Commercial decisions.
Practical AI adoption.

RevenueOS and Enablement AI Radar extend my commercial and enablement practice. Projects developed through iterative, AI-assisted implementation.

COMMERCIAL DECISIONS

RevenueOS

Find demand → assess fit → decide action

Source notice, buyer need and deadline remain visible alongside the recommendation.

Help sellers find demand worth acting on.

Public procurement portals contain buying requirements, but finding relevant demand and turning it into a clear sales action takes repeated manual work.

RevenueOS collects procurement signals, applies fit and urgency rules, and presents buyer evidence with the next commercial decision in one workspace.

My contribution. Framed the commercial workflow: connect procurement evidence to fit, urgency and the next seller action.

Inspectable work. Inspect the demo’s source notices, buyer requirements, scoring rules and workflow records.

Public procurement evidence · fictional company context · demonstrated CRM hand-off

Design rationale & scope

A useful sales signal needs buyer evidence and an actionable decision; a broad industry trend is not buying intent.

The public repository is a project entry point; application source and the daily pipeline are not synced there. The CRM hand-off is a demonstration. Research is manually reviewed; the demo illustrates decision support rather than measured sales performance.

AI ENABLEMENT

Enablement AI Radar

Collect → classify → recommend → publish

Source health and dated monitoring records make the recurring work inspectable.

Turn AI updates into practical enablement actions.

Product releases arrive faster than teams can assess who needs to work differently and what support they need.

An automated monitoring pipeline collects official updates, attaches audience and adoption tags, and publishes a source-linked dataset with recommended enablement responses.

My contribution. Defined the audience and adoption lenses used to turn technology updates into useful learning actions.

Inspectable work. Inspect collection and validation scripts, source-linked data, reports and scheduled GitHub workflows.

5 / 5feeds returned entries
2new signals in this report
91signals retained in the dataset

Repository outputs checked at a fixed source revision. These counts describe monitoring delivery; recommendations are rule-generated and require human review.

Design rationale & scope

Translate what changed into who is affected, what they need to learn and which action is worth testing.

Suggested responses require professional judgment. Monitoring activity is a delivery measure; workforce adoption requires separate measurement.

ADDITIONAL WORK

Learning media, reliability & publishing

MEDIA PRODUCTION

Caption Desk

Import / edit / validate / export

An overlapping caption becomes visible before the subtitle file is released.

Turn repeated cleanup into a controlled workflow.

Subtitle production involves timing, text and reading-load errors that are easy to miss until a clip reaches its audience.

A local-processing SRT/VTT editor for English and Telugu, with timing diagnostics, caption editing, clip exports, backup and visible export-text fallback.

My contribution. Defined training-media use cases, editing requirements and an iterative quality-control workflow.

Inspectable work. Open the editor and inspect the practice example or public source repository.

English/Telugu SRT/VTT editing · local browser processing

Inspect a media-QA practice sample

Design rationale & scope

Small tools can improve operational clarity when feedback, recovery and the output format are part of the design.

It edits existing subtitle files. It does not transcribe audio, translate speech or render a finished video. Browser and media compatibility are not universally tested; export backups after meaningful work.

RELIABLE AUTOMATION

Trading Risk & Automation

Check risk → confirm order → protect → recover

Timeout: freeze. Partial fill: recovery. Protective stop: confirm broker state.

Stop unsafe actions when an automated workflow becomes uncertain.

An order timeout or partial fill can leave a system unsure what actually happened. Continuing as if the order succeeded can create unprotected exposure.

A NIFTY trading-system development project separates signals, risk checks, broker confirmation and recovery. Unresolved states freeze normal trading; protective orders require confirmation.

My contribution. Defined risk requirements, exception paths and guided verification during an AI-assisted build.

Test scope. Development checkpoints describe bounded polling, protective-stop validation and synthetic partial-fill recovery tests.

Development & synthetic tests · live trading disabled in the recorded checkpoint

Design rationale & scope

Separate intended actions from confirmed external state. Design the failure and recovery paths before allowing unattended execution.

The case describes documented development testing. Live execution, profitability and production readiness require separate validation.

ADDITIONAL WORK / PUBLISHING

The Daily Bridge

Source → synthesize → publish → archive

A reader-facing publication with a distinct editorial voice and recurring editions.

Make a recurring news briefing readable and traceable.

Readers face fragmented headlines; maintaining a useful daily edition also requires repeatable sourcing, editorial consistency and an archive.

A recurring publishing workflow turns sourced news into readable editions with interpretation, language learning, source links and access to previous editions.

My contribution. Defined the editorial direction, reader experience and recurring publishing workflow.

Inspectable work. Read published editions and inspect the public archive repository.

Source-linked publication · faith-informed interpretation labelled separately

Design rationale & scope

A repeatable publishing system must preserve both readability and the distinction between reporting and interpretation.

The publication includes biblical reflection as an editorial perspective, distinct from reported facts.
